Halloween cupcakes: how to make perfect sweets for October 31st
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 4 oz of butter
- 4 oz of sugar
- 4 oz of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 oz of mil
- half spoon of yeast
For the decoration:
- whipped cream
- chocolate chips
- biscuits
- melted chocolate
Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degrees.
Put the melted butter with the sugar in a bowl and stir until the mixture is frothy.
Then add the eggs one by one, stirring well. Finally, add the milk.
2. Sift the dry ingredients into the same bowl: bitter cocoa, yeast and flour.
Mix everything until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
3. Now put the dough in the baking cups filling them for ¾. Bake for 15/20 minutes.
Once ready, remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool.
Decorate them as you wish, for example with whipped cream, chocolate chips, biscuits and melted chocolate. You can have fun creating cobwebs, tombs, spiders and scary little monsters!
