Novacart among the partners of CAST Alimenti professional courses

Novacart has been collaborating with CAST Alimenti for two years: the school was established in Brescia, Italy, in 1997 and is currently the only Italian school offering courses for all the activities of the food sector, both for young students and for professionals.

Qualified teachers and suitable tools, equipped classrooms and attention to Made in Italy products are the features that CAST Alimenti offers to students, through a vast program of courses and collaborations with the most important industries of the sector.

These include Novacart, which has chosen to become a partner of the school making its products available for some of the scheduled courses. This partnership allows Novacart to get in touch with all professional levels, from those who are at the beginnings of the profession to those who are already established professionals. Despite being an international company, Novacart has in fact departments able to meet the needs of every type of customer.

For example, on February 18 and 19 a course on large and small leavened baking products took place: Fabrizio Donatone, master and world champion of pastry, and Alessio Busi held a class on mother yeast, form production to preparation of the classic desserts of the Italian tradition, including the Colomba dove-shaped cake.

Novacart made its own Easter baking molds available for the course.
