Spinach and ricotta rolls: the recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of rectangular puff pastry
- 28 oz of spinach
- 7 oz of ricotta
Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees. Boil the spinach. Once cooked, drain them and put them in a bowl.
2. Add ricotta to the spinach. Mix all the ingredients and drain the excess water that has formed. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into six vertical strips and three horizontal strips, until you obtain 18 small rectangles.
4. Take the dough from the bowl and put it in the right quantity in each small rectangle. Close the portions of puff pastry with your fingers.
5. Once ready, place the rolls on baking paper and put them in the fan oven for 15 minutes.
